Do you provide International delivery?
For International Deliveries Please call or mail us through our contact page.
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return any of our items we will arrange a courier service to pick the item (s) up from your house. courier fees & restocking charges will apply.
What is your returns policy?
On special orders chosen by you, you may return the item in it's original packaging & unopened at a 25% restocking fee + courier costs.
If it is a case of a faulty product we will foot the bill & provide a replacement.
What is your Guarantee on Mattresses?
We Provide a personal 12 month Guarantee on all mattresses & an extra manufacturers guarantee which is dependant on the product chosen.
Do you take away old mattresses?
Yes we can provide old mattress removal services for a fee of €35.00 which your mattress will be dumped via green star recycling services.
Do you assemble beds?
We provide a local assembly service (Kilkenny) on all products for a fee of €40.00.
What is a King Size Bed?
A king size bed is 5' wide (150cm) and 6'6" long (200cm). This matches the bed linen in sizes, we can however obtain larger sizes where required. A super king size bed is 6' wide (180cm) and 6'6" long (200cm).
What are your delivery options?
We Currently Deliver to Kilkenny, Dublin (Daily), Cork (Once Per Week) Carlow (Daily) Waterford (Daily) Tipperary (Once Per Week), Kildare (Daily) All at a flat fee of €40.00
